Our fees are on a contingency basis and are payable only if an individual is hired through our company efforts. The fees are based on the first year’s projected earnings. We guarantee all placements for a 30-day period for our services, effective on the first day of employment. 

If an applicant leaves or terminates employment within the first 30 days, we will refill the position.
